Description

Crisp and creamy. This Whole30 Coleslaw is perfect for a BBQ or weeknight meal. Use it on hotdogs or as a side dish with your favorite BBQ or grilled meats. This recipe is Keto, Paleo, and dairy-free.


Ingredients

  • 10 oz Cabbage* - grated {about 7.5 cups}
  • 3 oz Carrots - grated {about 2 cup}
  • 1 cup Mayo*
  • 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, add the cabbage and carrots. 
  2. In a medium-size bowl, whisk together the mayo, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper. 
  3. Pour the mayo mixture over the cabbage and stir to coat all the veggies thoroughly. 
  4. Cover and store in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to several hours. 
  5. Serve with your favorite meats or main dishes. 

Notes

Cabbage - you can use green, purple, or a mix of both.
