Sweet Potato Hash Browns

Ingredients Needed: Sweet Potatoes Oil Seasonings

Shred two large sweet potatoes with a hand or box grater

or food processor. {The food processor makes longer strands of potatoes.} 

Preheat a large skillet over medium heat. Coat the bottom of the pan in oil and add potatoes in a single layer. Sprinkle with seasoning.

Cook for 10 minutes without moving. Then, flip the potatoes and cook an additional 5-10 minutes or until tender.

Once the potatoes are tender, remove from the heat and serve with your favorite breakfast items! 

To freeze, spread the uncooked potatoes into a single layer on a baking sheet. Place in the freezer.

Once frozen, place in a Ziploc bag and store for up to three months in the freezer. Cooking time is the same!
