Grain and Refined  Sugar-Free


Ingredients: Almonds Cashews Pumpkin Seeds Flax Seeds Unsweetened Shredded Coconut Cinnamon Coconut Oil Raw Honey Coconut Sugar

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Add the almonds, cashews, pumpkin seed to food processor. 

Add the flax seeds, coconut, and cinnamon with melted coconut oil, honey, and coconut sugar. 

Place the nut mixture in a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Firmly press into the bottom of the pan.

Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for one hour. 

Once cooled, cut into bars

Or crumble over your favorite yogurt!
