Greek Salad
Ingredients: Tomatoes Cucumbers Red Onion Bell Pepper Kalamata Olives Extra Virgin Olive Oil Red Wine Vinegar Greek or Italian Seasoning
Add all the veggies and olives to a large bowl. In a small bowl or jar, mix the oil, vinegar, and seasoning.
Pour the dressing over the veggies and stir to fully combine.
Serve with your favorite meat or add chickpeas for a complete meal.
