These Soft Scrambled Eggs without milk are a quick and easy breakfast. These Whole30 and Keto eggs have a creamy texture without the use of dairy.

  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Oil {olive oil, ghee, butter, or avocado}
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

  1. Preheat a nonstick pan over medium-low heat.
  2. In a bowl, crack the eggs and whisk together until the white and yolk are well combined.
  3. Add oil to the pan and swirl to coat the bottom and sides.
  4. Add the eggs and stir with a spatula, constantly scraping the sides and bottom.
  5. Once the eggs are set and no longer runny, remove from the heat and season to taste.
  6. Enjoy!

Eggs are cooked when they're no longer runny but still shiny.

Whole30: Omit butter.

Herbs: Add 1/2 tablespoon chopped chives, dill, or parsley at the end of cooking for extra flavor.
