Description

Pineapple Cucumber Infused Water – Light and refreshing for a hot summer day. This drink is easy to make and Whole30 compliant.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 32 oz. Mason Jar*
  • 1/2 cup Pineapple - Pieces {About 4 rings}
  • 1/4 English Cucumber - Slices {about 10-15 slices}*
  • Filtered or Carbonated Water

Instructions

  1.  Combined the cleaned pineapple, cucumber, and water in a container.
  2. Filtered Still - Place in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight. Serve cold with extra fruit and ice if desired.
  3. Carbonated – Lightly smash the fruit using a pestle or fork to release some of the juice. Top with carbonated water. Serve right away with extra fruit and ice.

Notes

  • Any size container will work for this “recipe.” I use a 32 oz. mason jar and added the above ingredients. You can add more or less depending on the size of your container. There is no right or wrong way.
  • I used an English cucumber, but any cucumber would work — no need to peel or remove the seeds.
