Units Scale
  • 1.5 pounds Wild Caught Salmon - Cut into 4 oz fillets*
  • 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Lemon - Juiced
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1.5 teaspoons Sea Salt

  1. Dry the salmon with a paper towel and place in a large bowl.
  2. Combine the oil, lemon, oregano, garlic, and salt. Pour the oil mixture over the fish and toss to thoroughly coat each side.
  3. Allow the fish to marinate for 30 minutes. The fish can be left on the counter while marinating to come to room temperature.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium, about 400 degrees.
  5. Once preheated, place the salmon on a piece of foil, skin side down.
  6. Place the foil on the grill over the heat. Close the lid and cook for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
  7. Remove from the grill and serve with extra lemon.

Frozen salmon – Allow fish to thaw before cooking. Once thawed, dry the salmon with paper towels.
