Crispy and tender, air fryer brussels sprouts make a great appetizer or side dish. A healthier option than deep-fried, the air fryer helps crisp the brussels sprouts in less time.

  • 16oz Brussels Sprouts
  • 1 tablespoon Oil {Extra virgin olive oil, coconut, or avocado oil}
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Granulated Garlic
  • Or 2 teaspoons seasoning blend of choice - Try Chili or Cajun blend for a pop! {Check out our custom blends!}

  1. Remove the stem and slice the Brussels Sprouts in half. Place in a large bowl.
  2. Add the oil and toss to coat the brussels sprouts evenly. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic and toss again.
  3. Set the air fryer to 400 and place the brussels sprouts in the basket. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until the desired crispiness. {I like them extra crispy - borderline burnt}.
  4. Shake the basket halfway through the cooking process to evenly cook.
  5. Once done, remove from the basket and serve.
